If you are looking for a structured way to learn about online boxing, this series will serve as a reference guide. Instead of hunting through a social media feed, you can find the technical sequences right here, grouped by week, to study in your own time.
Combo 183: 532 Slip Slip 532
Stance: Southpaw
This high-volume drill focuses on the lead-hand counter-attack. For the southpaw, the "5-3-2" sequence (Lead Uppercut, Lead Hook, Cross) is a versatile weapon. Integrating double slips between the repetitions ensures you remain defensively responsible while maintaining a high work rate.

Combo 187: 5 Roll 563 Roll

Combo 188: Catch Catch Hook Roll Roll

Combo 189: Jab Control Cross Roll
Stance: Southpaw
A tactical southpaw sequence. After the jab, you use your lead hand for "Head Control" to disrupt the opponent's posture and measure the range for a heavy straight left. The final roll ensures you exit the line of fire immediately after the power shot.
