Step 2: Form and Payment.
Fill in the PAR-Q, and buy your session or pack:
Prior to your first session, I’ll need to know about any health conditions. For this, I have an online Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q). For Under 18s, I’ll need a signature from a parent or guardian. If necessary, consult your GP for guidance.
Choose from the training options below. You’ll find single sessions and packs. Prices vary according to the duration of the session, and the number of sessions you buy.
Step 3: Contact and Train.
Once the paperwork and payments are clear, contact me via the WhatsApp number provided in my response to arrange a specific time and place.
Then, just get ready! They’ll need to dress comfortably and bring a water bottle. If they have their own gloves, bring them. If not, I’ve got it covered.
We’ll start with the basics, build their boxing skills, and get them fighting fit.

What Happens in a Personal Training Session?
1 - Warm-Up
We kick off with a lively warm-up. First, it's skipping - a brilliant way to get your heart rate up and sharpen coordination. Then, we move onto dynamic stretches: think leg swings and lunges to get your muscles and joints ready. This combo of cardio and stretching sets you up perfectly for the workout ahead, both physically and mentally.
2 - Padwork
The padwork starts with the basics - simple punches and combinations. Gradually, as you grow more confident, we up the intensity and complexity. You'll learn advanced techniques and faster combinations, improving your speed, power, and accuracy. It's not just about the punches; this is a full-body workout that elevates your fitness and focus.
3 - Circuit Training
You may progress with padwork to peak intensity or you may choose to switch to circuit training. It's entirely up to you. If you're up for it, you'll work between various exercises using sandbags, slam balls, hand weights, and resistance bands. In shared sessions, you and your friend will alternate between padwork and circuit training, ensuring you both get a comprehensive fitness experience.
4 - Cool Down
The cool down is about bringing your heart rate down gently and stretching out your muscles. We'll go through a series of static stretches and relaxation techniques, focusing on muscle recovery and flexibility. This calming end to our session helps prevent soreness and prepares you mentally and physically for what's next in your day.
“I really enjoy the sessions with Deniz, when I met him he was very easy to work with, very friendly but pushes you hard.”
— Angus Lawson, Student
