Combo 190: Jab Slip Jab Slip Cross

Stance: Orthodox

A rhythm and timing drill designed to keep you elusive between single shots. By slipping to the left and then to the right between jabs, you load the rear hip for a final, explosive straight cross that catches the opponent as they struggle to find your head.

Combo Sequence:

  • Jab

  • Slip Left

  • Jab

  • Slip Right

  • Cross

Combo 191: Hook Hook Roll Roll Loop

Stance: Southpaw

A conditioning loop for the southpaw stance. This drill focuses on the transition from power hooks to defensive rolls. Repeating this sequence builds the leg endurance and core rotation necessary to stay active in high-intensity exchanges.

Combo Sequence:

  • Right Hook

  • Left Hook

  • Roll Left

  • Roll Right

  • (Repeat Loop 3x)

Combo 192: Jab Body Cross Roll

Stance: Orthodox

A fundamental level-change sequence. The high jab draws the guard up, the low jab forces the opponent to think about their midsection, and the cross punctuates the attack. The final roll ensures you are off the center line immediately after the power shot.

Combo 193: Catch Catch Block Roll 323

Stance: Southpaw

A defensive masterclass for the southpaw. After weathering a three-punch flurry with catches and a block, you roll to the right to find a fresh angle and counter with a lead hook, cross, and another lead hook.

  • Left Block

  • Roll Right

  • Right Hook

Combo 194: 123 Slip 632 Step Step

Stance: Orthodox

This drill emphasizes the "slip to counter" mechanic. After a 1-2-3 entry, you slip a return shot to load the rear uppercut (the 6), unload a flurry, and use double steps back to safely exit the pocket and reset.

  • Right Uppercut

  • Left Hook

Combo 195: Step Step 63 Roll Pivot 2

Stance: Southpaw

A highly technical movement drill. After drawing the opponent in with double steps back, you counter with an uppercut and hook. The addition of the roll and pivot puts you in a dominant position to fire the final cross from an angle they won't expect.

  • Step Back

  • Step Back

  • Left Uppercut

  • Right Hook

  • Roll Right

  • Pivot Anti-Clockwise

  • Cross

Combo 196: 12 Body 2 Pivot 2

Stance: Orthodox

This sequence uses a low hook to break the opponent's rhythm mid-combination. After the initial exchange, the clockwise pivot allows you to reset your feet and fire a second, powerful cross into a new opening.
