Combos Of The Week: Week 33 Virtual Padwork Online Boxing Series
Welcome to the thirty-third instalment of Combos Of The Week. This series is a complete recap of the Virtual Padwork library I built in 2023.
If you are looking for a structured way to learn about online boxing, this series will serve as a reference guide. Instead of hunting through a social media feed, you can find the technical sequences right here, grouped by week, to study in your own time.
Combo 225: Jab Hook Roll Hook Jab Roll
Stance: Southpaw
This drill focuses on rear-side mobility. For the southpaw, using the rear hook (left) followed by a roll to the left builds the coordination to stay offensive while moving away from the opponent's power. It concludes with a resetting jab and a roll to the right to find a new angle.

Combo 226: The Vitali
