Welcome to the forty-fourth instalment of Combos Of The Week. This series is a complete recap of the Virtual Padwork library I built in 2023.
If you are looking for a structured way to learn about online boxing, this series will serve as a reference guide. Instead of hunting through a social media feed, you can find the technical sequences right here, grouped by week, to study in your own time.
Combo 302: The Trinidad
Stance: Orthodox
Inspired by Felix "Tito" Trinidad’s calculated movement. This sequence emphasizes the "lateral reset." After a jab, you lean and step back to avoid return fire, then step right to create a fresh angle for a signature straight cross.

Combo 303: Slip Roll 363 Slip Roll 636

Combo 305: 532 Roll 2 Reverse

Combo 306: The Bowe

Combo 308: The Jab Cross Motif
Stance: Orthodox
The ultimate fundamentals drill. This sequence uses the 1-2 (Jab-Cross) as a constant "motif," attaching a different finishing punch to every repetition. It builds the habit of always returning to the basic 1-2 regardless of the complex shot that follows.
