So, you’re about to start your first boxing class. What equipment do boxers need for training?

Here is a simple checklist to get started:

  1. Boxing Gloves.

  2. Hand Wraps.

  3. Gel Knuckle Protectors

  4. Skipping Rope.

  5. Boxing Shoes.

  6. Towel.

  7. Water Bottle.

  8. T-Shirts.

  9. Shorts or Jogging Bottoms.

 

Additionally, for sparring classes:

  1. Mouthguard.

  2. Head Guard.

  3. Groin Guard.

  4. Chest Protector.

  5. Rash protectors.

  6. Petroleum Gel.
