What Happens in a Corporate Boxing Fitness Session?

1. Warm-Up

Our session begins with a warm-up, starting with pulse-raising activities like skipping to boost heart rate and coordination. Next, we shift to dynamic stretches, such as leg swings and lunges, preparing muscles and joints for action. Then we do shadowboxing, allowing you to get into the zone while practicing the techniques set for the next stage.

2. Partnered Padwork

I pair up participants, one with gloves and the other with pads. Each pair works on a basic boxing combination for a round. As the rounds advance and everyone has their turn, I progressively introduce new techniques. This fosters teamwork and communication within pairs and allows participants to gradually build on their skills, ensuring an organized and evolving workout experience.

3. Group Circuit Training

In group circuit training, you’ll engage in a blend of individual and partnered exercises. You will work with sandbags, slam balls, hand weights, and resistance bands, alongside partnered sit-ups, push-ups, and leg raises. For a bit of fun, we may also throw in some burpees – because every workout needs its share of challenges! The circuit offers a full-body workout, fostering both strength and teamwork.

4. Cool Down

The cool down is about bringing your heart rate down gently and stretching out your muscles. We'll go through a series of static stretches and relaxation techniques, focusing on muscle recovery and flexibility. This calming end to our session helps prevent soreness and prepares you mentally and physically for what's next in your day.
