Weekly Gameplan

Welcome to the start of your 90-day program!

This first week is all about building a solid foundation with pure punching combinations. For each day, you'll learn and practice a new 3-punch combination:

  • Day 1: Jab, Cross, Lead Hook

  • Day 2: Cross, Lead Hook, Cross

  • Day 3: Lead Hook, Cross, Lead Hook

  • Day 4: Rear Hook, Lead Hook, Cross

  • Day 5: Lead Uppercut, Cross, Lead Hook

  • Day 6: Rear Uppercut, Lead Hook, Cross

  • Day 7: Round of the Week

On your final day, you'll put all six combinations together into a single, three-minute "Round of the Week". This is your chance to refine your technique and build your muscle memory.
