Combos Of The Week: Week 1 Virtual Padwork Online Boxing Series

Welcome to the first instalment of Combos Of The Week. This series is a complete recap of the Virtual Padwork library I built in 2023.

If you are looking for a structured way to learn about online boxing, this series will serves as a reference guide. Instead of hunting through a social media feed, you can find the technical sequences right here, grouped by week, to study in your own time.

Here is the breakdown of the first seven combos from the archive.

Combo 1: The Mayweather Jr

We kicked off the series with a tribute to Floyd. This one is all about sharp, high-volume accuracy. It isn’t about swinging for the fences; it’s about touching the target and staying fluid.

This is a longer sequence focusing on head movement and weight transfer. It mimics how Canelo Alvarez builds pressure by slipping, rolling, and then letting off heavy, repetitive hooks and uppercuts. It’s a great one for a more intense shadowboxing round.
