Combo 120: The Andrei

Stance: Orthodox

Inspired by pro boxer Andrei Santa Jr., this sequence focuses on a high-volume jab entry to disrupt the opponent's rhythm. After resetting with head movement, you transition into a powerful inside flurry of uppercuts and hooks.

Combo 121: 1 Slip 1 Slip 2

Stance: Southpaw

A classic rhythm drill for the southpaw stance. It emphasizes active defense between single shots, training you to move your head immediately after firing the jab to avoid the counter before committing to the straight left cross.

Combo 122: The Foreman

Stance: Orthodox

Inspired by George Foreman’s heavy-handed and controlling style. This drill uses a stiff jab followed by "Head Control" to manipulate the opponent's position, setting up a devastating rear-hand uppercut.

  • Right Uppercut

Combo 123: The Calzaghe

Stance: Southpaw

Inspired by Joe Calzaghe’s relentless volume. This sequence focuses on the lead-hand hook, specifically targeting the body with multiple variations. It teaches the southpaw to overwhelm an opponent's guard by changing the levels of the right hook.

Combo 124: The De La Hoya

Stance: Orthodox

A long, rhythmic combination inspired by the "Golden Boy." This drill tests your ability to maintain balance through multiple lead-side transitions, mixing hooks and uppercuts with a quick "look" to assess before finishing with a final power flurry.

Combo 125: 12 Block Block Roll Roll

Stance: Southpaw

This sequence is designed to build defensive muscle memory after an attack. For the southpaw, it’s about firing the 1-2 and immediately entering a defensive flow of blocks and rolls to ensure you remain safe from any incoming counters.

Combo 126: 36 Roll 63 Roll

Stance: Orthodox

A seamless inside-fighting drill. This focuses on the interplay between the lead hook and rear uppercut. By rolling between the exchanges, you practice moving your head with the momentum of your punches to stay elusive on the inside.
