Combo 50: The Uncle Roger

Stance: Orthodox

This classic Roger Mayweather sequence starts with a deceptive low hook, followed by a cross and a roll to reset before unleashing a final three-punch blast.

Combo Sequence:

  • Low Hook

  • Cross

  • Roll Right

  • Cross

  • Left Hook

  • Cross

Combo 51: Slip Roll 3 Slip Roll 2

Stance: Southpaw

This is a defensive flow drill for southpaws. It focuses on the transition between slipping a straight punch and rolling under a hook, immediately followed by a lead hook (the 3) or a cross (the 2) depending on the side you've moved to.

Combo Sequence:

  • Slip Left

  • Roll Right

  • Right Hook

Combo 52: Elbow 632 Elbow 523

Stance: Orthodox

This drill introduces the "Elbow Tuck," a vital defensive tool for close-quarters boxing. By tucking the elbow to catch body shots, you remain in a perfect position to fire back with uppercuts and hooks.

Combo 53: The Right Hook Motif

Combo 55: The 5632

Stance: Southpaw

A high-power, short-range explosive sequence. Starting with double uppercuts (the 5 and 6) allows you to drop the opponent's guard before coming up with the hook and finishing straight through the middle.

Combo 56: Catch 123 Catch 232

Stance: Orthodox

This drill focuses on the "Catch"—using your palm to parry incoming straight shots. It teaches you to remain calm under fire, catching the punch and immediately firing back with your own combination while they are open.
