Combo 57: 1232 Slip Slip Roll Slip

Stance: Southpaw

This is a high-level defensive movement drill for southpaws. After firing a crisp four-punch combination, you immediately enter a defensive flow, moving your head four times to simulate evading a complex multi-punch counter-attack.

Combo Sequence:

  • Jab

  • Cross

  • Right Hook

  • Cross

  • Slip Left

  • Slip Right

  • Roll Left

  • Slip Right

Combo 58: Roll 232

Stance: Orthodox

Short, sharp, and effective. This drill focuses on the "Roll Right" to load the rear hip, followed by an explosive Cross-Hook-Cross. It’s a perfect example of using head movement to generate offensive power.

Combo 59: The Left Hook Motif

Stance: Southpaw

In this southpaw motif, the left hook (the rear hand) is the focus. Using the rear hook before every variation helps you master the rotation needed to fire this shot with balance and speed.

The southpaw version of the "Catch" drill. This teaches you to stay composed behind your lead-hand parry (the Right Catch) and your rear-hand parry (the Left Catch), ensuring you can counter-punch effectively from both sides.
