Combo 22: The 1232 112
This is a high-cadence straight punching drill. It’s about finding a rhythm with your lead hand and ensuring that the double jab at the end is just as sharp as the opening one.

Combo 23: The Bivol
Inspired by Dmitry Bivol’s exceptional distance control and piston-like straight shots. The double cross in the middle of this sequence is designed to catch an opponent who thinks you’ve finished your attack.

Combo 24: The Lomachenko
This sequence uses the "open" technique to create gaps. It mimics the way Loma uses his lead hand to pull down an opponent's guard before firing with hooks.

Combo 25: The Right Hook Motif
Much like our previous motif drills, this one focuses on the rear hook. By returning to the right hook after every transition, you build the ability to throw this power shot with speed and stability from any position.

Combo 26: The Toney
A tribute to James "Lights Out" Toney. This is all about the "look"—using a subtle pause to read your opponent's reaction before jabbing, slipping and countering.

Combo 27: The 152 Loop
This is a classic technical loop. The 1-5-2 (Jab-Lead Uppercut-Cross) is a devastating combination for catching opponents who lean forward. Repeating it helps you master the weight transfer between the uppercut and the straight.

Combo 28: The 1 2 Pull 2
This is a fundamental counter-punching drill. You fire the 1-2 to draw a return shot, use a lean back (pull) to let the opponent's punch miss by an inch, and immediately fire back with the cross.
